About the Client :

We’re working with a leading multi-disciplinary engineering firm with a strong presence in the Midwest. Due to sustained project growth, they are seeking a Structural Engineer II to join their Naperville office.

Core Function :

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from proposal through delivery
• Collaborate with senior engineers and executive staff
• Supervise junior engineers and oversee technical accuracy
• Conduct site visits and provide field coordination
• Design and analyze using software like RISA 3D and Excel
• Ensure adherence to AISC, ACI, ASCE, NDS, and local building codes
• Support client relationships and assist in business development
