JOB SUMMARY : TheSurveillance Operations Analyst, reporting to the Surveillance Operations Manager, will play a crucial role in handling emergency & non-emergency telephone calls, actioning alarm signals, managing video surveillance, and access control systems, and coordinating responses to security and safety incidents. They will provide timely and accurate information and reporting to staff using data from time sensitive databases. Additionally, the Analyst will generate incident reports for security and investigate purposes and act as a liaison between supervision / management and security personnel.
