Job Overview

Are you looking for a role in a manufacturing environment applying your attention to detail and hands-on experience If yes join Marvin Composites in Fargo ND as a Machine Operator in our extrusion manufacturing facility.

In this vital Machine Operator position youll oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process expertly managing raw materials producing top-quality parts on our production line and meticulously preparing finished goods for their journey to customers.

Schedule : Monday-Friday

2nd shift : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Pay : $20.00 / hr.

plus $2.00 night shift premium

Highlights of your role

• Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks
• Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations
• Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace
• Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders
• Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and / or finished goods within the manufacturing plant
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role
