Full time and part time positions available. We are looking for motivated and skilled Breakfast Cooks, with occasional attendant duties, to prepare and serve a delightful breakfast experience for our hotel guests while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Job Summary

The Breakfast Cook / Breakfast Attendant position is responsible for preparing a high quality breakfast for hotel guests. This position also assists with set up and breakdown of breakfast service area and assists the Chef with additional food preparation as needed. This is a back of house and front of house service oriented position that requires good interpersonal communication skills and friendly professionalism while attending to guest requests.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Breakfast Cook

• Prepare all menu food items according to standard recipes and as specified to ensure consistency of product.
• Complete prep work as needed for banquet use
• Check and control the proper storage, cutting, portion control and quality of products.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and sanitation for work areas to comply with Health Department regulations and hotel standards.
• Thoroughly clean work area at end of shift.
• Prep items for the following day.
• Serve guests from a limited buffet.
• Set up grab and go items for guests.
• Display awareness and compliance with hotel's security, safety, emergency and energy procedures.
• Manage morning food deliveries.
• Performs other duties as assigned. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
