Location : On-site in Manhattan, NY. You'll work from a centrally located New York City office, easily commutable from Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, and nearby cities like Jersey City and Newark via public transit.
Note : You must be licensed to practice law in New York, have solid civil litigation experience (ideally including discovery, motion practice, and depositions), and be able to work on-site full-time in Manhattan with occasional travel.

Job Description
Serve as a Senior Associate Attorney handling wage-and-hour, employment, and consumer class and representative actions in New York state and federal courtsLead and manage all phases of complex civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparationDraft, edit, and argue substantive motions, including dispositive and class-related motions, in state and federal courtsTake and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, fact witnesses, and experts, and prepare clients and witnesses for testimonyDevelop and execute litigation strategy in collaboration with firm leadership and junior team membersAppear in court regularly for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings, representing clients with confidence and professionalismMentor and support junior attorneys and staff, helping to build a strong New York practice and office cultureTravel occasionally for hearings, depositions, mediations, and firm-related needsQualifications
Licensed to practice law in New York (NY Bar in good standing required)Several years of civil litigation experience, preferably 5+ years, including discovery, motion practice, and taking / defending depositionsPrior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and / or wage-and-hour / employment cases strongly preferredExcellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detailProven ability to independently manage complex cases and a busy litigation calendarProfessional, steady work history and strong client-facing skillsPositive, team-oriented attitude and an interest in helping build and grow a high-performing New York officeWhy You'll Love Working Here
