Summary :  The Learning & Development Operations Specialist will support the global Learning & Development team, focusing on operational support for Acceleration Centers (ACs) located worldwide. This role is critical in ensuring that learners in these centers have access to the training content they need. This includes troubleshooting access issues, communicating with AC staff across different time zones and cultures, and assisting with upskilling initiatives.

Must-Have Skills :

• 2-3 Years in a L&D role
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Cornerstone OnDemand or similar
• Proven experience working with global teams or individuals from different cultural background
