About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager — someone who can build strong connections with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and local organizations to help spread the word about our services.

This is a great fit if you :

Have 2 years experience in sales or marketing in the home care or home healthcare industry

Feel comfortable meeting new people and making connections quickly

Know how to turn a first conversation into a long-term relationship

Are excited to get out in the community and grow something meaningful

What You’ll Be Doing

Connecting with referral sources like hospital case managers, senior living communities, rehab centers, hospices, and more

Visiting partners face-to-face (this is an outside sales role)

Creating and executing a plan to grow our client base

Hosting and attending community events to build awareness

Becoming a trusted face of SYNERGY HomeCare in your area

What We’re Looking For

A background in sales , in healthcare or senior services

Someone who’s comfortable with cold calls and outreach

A great communicator with a friendly, approachable style

Organized and motivated to hit your goals

Tech-savvy and comfortable using a CRM

Bachelor’s degree preferred
