Job Description

The Director of Development is a key leadership role responsible for creating, implementing, and managing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the mission and sustainability of COAST. This role oversees all aspects of fundraising, including major gifts, grants, annual giving, special events, donor identification and stewardship, and corporate sponsorships. The Director of Development works closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and other staff to build and maintain strong relationships with donors, funders, and the community.
