General Sales Manager

Looking for an EXPERIENCED GENERAL SALES MANAGER to join the team at L0364 BMW of San Francisco.

Our General Sales Managers are expected to meet the highest standards in sales and customer service. You should have a proven record of building strong teams, maintaining a high level of integrity, and be committed to professional growth beyond your current position.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience as a General Sales Manager REQUIRED
• Exceptional focus on customer service REQUIRED
• Ability to drive the team to high performance every day through leadership REQUIRED
• High Volume Dealership experience REQUIRED
• Focused on OEM approvability
• Excellent ability to build a culture and hit goals that are set

The California pay range for this position is $140,000.00-220,000.00 annually.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short‑term and / or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location.
