Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Therapy Clinic

Location : Berryville, AR

Schedule : Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Thursday

Our multidisciplinary team of occupational, physical, and speech therapists works together to provide individualized care in a supportive and fun environment.

Position Summary :

We’re seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric therapy team. The OT will evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental, sensory, and motor needs, creating personalized treatment plans to foster independence and participation in daily activities at home, school, and in the community.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children ages 0–18.
• Provide engaging, play-based interventions that target sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-regulation, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with families to establish meaningful therapy goals and home programs.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic standards.
• Communicate regularly with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic events.
