Your Role

As an RN here, you’ll do more than provide clinical care, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by :

• Delivering high-quality nursing care in alignment with care plans and best practices.
• Guiding and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other team members to maintain excellence in resident outcomes.
• Collaborating across disciplines to ensure individualized, person-centered care.
• Monitoring residents’ health, administering medications, and maintaining precise documentation.
