Responsibilities & Requirements

Blueprints / drawings interpretation skills
Prepare CNC programs as required to CAD data and / or prints for component parts and assemblies
Drafting and Programming skills are strongly preferred
Prior experience with CNC and Nesting strongly preferred
Perform first off, in-process & end-of-run report
Perform layout of checking fixtures
Perform any other layout according to the layout request, issues reports
Review layout with responsible product and quality engineer
Monitor gauge control software, ensure gauges are calibrated / verified as per schedule & gauge control procedures
