Job Description

Direct and supervise all field operations for assigned projects.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

Enforce safety standards and building codes.

Track schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.

Resolve on-site challenges promptly to maintain progress.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily or hospitality construction.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.

Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain timelines.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
