About the Role : Seeking Content Moderators who thrive in tech-driven environments. This is not a traditional call centerour team handles content moderation, fraud investigation, ticketing, and omnichannel support using advanced AI tools. You'll be part of a collaborative, family-oriented culture with strong career pathing into departments like marketing, product, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

Investigate and report fraudulent activity using internal tools.

Respond to customer tickets via phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems.

Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.

Escalate critical issues appropriately and document actions taken.

Interpret data and trends to recommend solutions.

Must-Have Skills

1+ year in customer service with experience in : content moderation, fraud analysis & reporting, ticket resolution, experience using AI tools professionally.

Strong computer literacy and multitasking across systems.

Skills : admin, reception, troubleshoot, problem solve, technical support, fraud investigation, escalation, call center, customer support

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
