Description : We are seeking Pediatric Hospitalists for our Pediatric Hospital Medicine service in a community hospital setting at Portneuf Medical Center in and established community in southeast Idaho.

Job Description :

Caring for medical patients in the Pediatric Unit.Consulting pediatric patients in the emergency department and surgical patients.7 on 7 off scheduleConsulting on patients in the emergency departmentRound in hospital with call from homeOpportunities to develop sedation programSister program 30-minutes away at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center for collaboration and consultation205-bed hospitalLevel II Trauma centerRegional referral center2-Bed Pediatric ICU6-bed Pediatric unit16-bed Level III Neonatal ICU1200 deliveries per year14 mom-baby couplet care beds Opportunity for faculty appointment with Idaho College of Osteopathic MedicineNot accepting Locums candidates
