What You’ll Do :

Manage your own caseload of workers’ comp cases from inception through resolution

Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials

Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence related to workers’ comp matters

Work directly with clients, insurers, and medical providers

Collaborate with a dedicated team of attorneys who value professionalism without the pressure

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of workers’ comp experience

Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Oklahoma

Strong litigation, communication, and case management skills

Ability to work independently while being a team player

Desire to grow within a firm that encourages leadership and long-term vision
