Respiratory Therapist

You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

A Respiratory Therapist in our organization performs a variety of tasks, including :

Conducting diagnostic tests and procedures to assess respiratory function and identify potential issues

Developing and implementing treatment plans to address respiratory conditions, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and pneumonia

Providing education and support to patients and their families on respiratory health and disease management

Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

To be considered for this role, you must have :

A current State of Louisiana License as a Respiratory Therapist

Certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist

Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

You must also possess strong computer skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
