Summary :

Our client is seeking a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer to join their team! This role will investigate power supply and system-level failures, support internal and external customers, and primarily focus on clients in China and Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in semiconductor failure analysis and be fluent in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities :

• Debug and verify functionality of AC / DC switching power supply modules across multiple topologies
• Perform root cause analysis on power ICs during reliability testing, production testing, and power supply applications
• Isolate faults and characterize defects in analog and mixed-signal ICs
• Prepare and deliver detailed technical reports for product and power supply failure investigations
• Serve as a liaison between engineering and sales teams to support the resolution of customer quality issues
• Collaborate with customers in China and Taiwan to resolve quality concerns and maintain satisfaction
• Communicate technical findings clearly in both written and spoken formats for diverse audiences
