Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role :

Proper Equipment :

Having your own general tools but not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Troubleshooting Skills :

Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills :

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Be Presentable : Clean-Cut appearance
