Purpose And Summary Statement :
Markets and sells the Precision Farming services known as the Data Value System and provides supervision, leadership, and direction for related department personnel to achieve profitable business growth.
Supervision And Leadership :
Supervises, leads, and develops the assigned Crop Scouts. Supports the crop scouting program by providing leadership, setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and actively maintaining performance management standards. May also provide leadership and training to the assigned Crop Specialists.

Requirements :
Normally requires a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, GIS / GPS, or marketing related discipline, or the equivalent thereof, and 2 years or more of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of precision technology, crop production management, and precision farming programs. Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and have the ability to travel independently and overnight. Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant. Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable professional certifications associated with the agronomy industry.
