About the Role :

As the Director of Emergency Services & Short Stay Outpatient Unit you will play a key role in the overall management and coordination of our Emergency Department and Short Stay Outpatient Unit. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring seamless efficient and top-notch patient care that aligns with the mission and objectives of Community Hospital.

What Youll Need :

Education & Licensure :

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.

This positions hiring range is $156000.00 to $179400.00 annually depending on education and experience.

Discretionary bonuses relocation expenses merit increases market adjustments recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
