  • Support Staff : Anesthesia Staff, Certified Nurse Midwife, experience labor & delivery staff nurses (experience ranges from 5-27 yrs)

  • Triage of patients >

20 weeks gestation with OB complaint

  • Deliveries both vaginal & cesarean.
  • GYN cases who present to ED.
  • Rooms Available : 1 triage room, 2 labor rooms, 1 c-section suite and 6 postpartum rooms.
  • Nursery Level : I
  • EMR : Epic
  • Other Info : Small rural facility.
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

    • Requirements :

  • Active KY License / IMLC
  • BC / BE in OB / GYN (If BE, must be within 0-5 yrs post residency)
  • DEA
  • ACLS, BLS
  • COVID Vaccination proof
  • Residency / Fellowship
  • Training program approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Educ or its equivalent in OB at a minimum.
  • Case Logs : performed at least 100 deliveries in the past 24 mos. and at least 50 major gyne surgical procedures in the past 24 mos.
