Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Supervises and monitors the daily operational functions and staff in an assigned subsection / subunit of a department. Monitor operational workflows, identify issues while focusing on quality assurance, process improvement and departmental goals.

Manages own assigned work queue(s).

Monitors daily operations of the team, assists in prioritizing daily work activities, resolving escalated issues, identify trends, address processing delays and areas for improvement

Makes recommendations and provides input related to hiring, terminations, performance evaluations

Informs staff of changes in policies, procedures, processes, systems, and regulatory laws and requirements.
