Bearon Manufacturing a proud affiliate of The Dixon Group is looking for a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our growing team in Landisville PA! In this role youll operate Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Swiss bar machines to produce high-quality precision metal components that meet exacting specifications. Were looking for a detail-oriented professional who can spot machining issues make the right adjustments and take pride in producing top-tier work. âï What Youll Do

• Set up operate and monitor Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Swiss bar machines to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Inspect parts to ensure accuracy to customer and drawing specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and follow all safety procedures.
• Accurately document production runs part counts and quality data.
• Collaborate with teammates to identify and implement process improvements.
