Manufacturing Automation Technician (Willis)

Staffmark is seeking a skilled and self-motivated Manufacturing Automation Technician for a growing facility in Willis, TX. If you're passionate about problem-solving, hands-on work, and continuous improvement, this role offers a chance to bring your expertise to a dynamic environment where your skills make a real impact.

Pay : $30 - $35 per hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 1st Shift

What You Bring :

• 5-8 years of experience as a building or facility maintenance technician
• NEC certification (National Electrical Code compliant)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of industrial systems
• Comfortable reading engineering drawings and schematics
• Experience using Preventative Maintenance Software is a plus
• Familiarity with LOTO (Lockout / Tagout) procedures
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at ceiling heights using hydraulic man-lifts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer functions
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
