Position Overview :

As a Medical Assistant , you will be responsible for assisting physicians and healthcare providers in delivering efficient and high-quality patient care. You will handle both clinical and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations within the office and the best experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Greet and prepare patients for examinations, take vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature), and assist with procedures.
• Clinical Support : Prepare exam rooms, assist physicians during exams or treatments, and ensure proper sterilization of medical instruments.
• Administrative Duties : Manage patient appointments, maintain patient records, and ensure proper documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Lab Work : Perform routine lab tests (urinalysis, blood draws, etc.) and ensure proper handling and packaging for testing.
• Patient Education : Provide patients with post-procedure instructions and health-related information.
• Billing & Coding : Assist with basic billing and coding for insurance claims and process patient payments.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with medical staff to ensure the overall smooth operation of the office.
