Whether it’s collaborating with Sales, Product, or Leadership, you bring both insight and action to the table. Build and maintain detailed financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and headcount Partner with department leads to drive forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes Create recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards that highlight key performance trends and business health Support scenario planning and “what-if” analysis to guide company strategy and resource allocation Conduct variance analysis and synthesize key insights into actionable recommendations Collaborate with Accounting and Ops to align forecasts with actuals and real-world business drivers Develop clear, compelling data visualizations that support strategic storytelling and investor readiness Help refine and automate FP&A systems, tools, and workflows—ensuring they scale as the business grows Contribute to board and leadership reporting by preparing concise, insight-rich materials Become a go-to partner for financial insight, context, and clarity across teams What you’ll bring : 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, consulting, or a related analytical field Strong modeling and data wrangling skills in Excel / Google Sheets Familiarity with SaaS metrics like ARR, CAC, LTV, net retention, and the Rule of 40 Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Drivetrain, or Looker Comfort working with ERP and financial systems like Sage Intacct or NetSuite (or a strong desire to learn) Ability to move fast without sacrificing accuracy, balancing strategic insight with day-to-day execution Excellent communication skills—you know how to make numbers meaningful A growth mindset and a collaborative spirit —you like to ask questions, build partnerships, and improve as you go Bonus : Experience in a B2B SaaS or subscription-based business model Why you matter : The numbers don’t make decisions— people do.
