If you are looking for a night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and growth, this is the position for you! As a member of our Internal Float Pool, you'll rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units. Each shift presents new experiences and opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.
What You'll Do :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support unitsProvide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environmentQuickly adapt to different unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellenceWhat We're Looking For :
Experience : At least 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)Flexibility : Meet 6-week schedule requirements, including 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 WeekendTraining & Skills :
Training includes ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and charge nurse cross-trainingWhat You'll Get :

Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess needs, implement interventions, and evaluate effectiveness of care plans. You will work collaboratively with healthcare team members, maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients and families, and promote safety and quality improvements.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practiceBasic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart AssociationDegrees :
Graduation from an accredited program in NursingKnowledge, Skills & Abilities :
