Our Drivers Deserve the Best Benefits Truck Driver Benefits : Flatbed drivers average $1,850 per week Our drivers average 2,850 miles per week Drivers are home most weekends Free wellness clinic for employees and immediate family members is offered on day 1! Medical, dental, and vision insurance is offered after 60 days Driver referral program Drivers can make up to $1,000 within the first 6 months of a referred driver After 6 months, they will earn $.01 CPM for every mile driven by a referred driver for up to another year and a half Safety, performance, and mileage bonus - all bonuses pay a $.02 CPM incentive, which can add up to an additional $650 / month Tarp pay Detention pay Stop off pay Longevity bonus Requirements Class A CDL with at least 2 years of recently verified tractor-trailer experience Flatbed experience is preferred, but not required Clean MVR and PSP About Silver Creek Transportation Silver Creek Transportation was founded by Jason Cowan in 1994.
