Looking for a teacher for a progressive preschool in the Pico-Robertson area. We are only interested in candidates who have a passion for the field and meet all the requirements listed. We're looking for people who have chosen early education as their career... not just a job. You must love children; that's a given, but you also must love life.   • All applicants must have the ability to collaboratively implement an emergent curriculum.
  • Teachers must be open to working with all ages within our programming, be flexible, genuinely resonate with our unique philosophy, and have an eagerness to grow within our school.

Requirements :

  • Must have a minimum of 12 ECE units (B.A. or B.S. Preferred).
  • 1 Year Classroom Teaching Experience.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stand, sit, squat, and crouch for extended periods of time.

    • Compensation :

  • Salary is based on experience and education. Hourly rate : $23.00 - $26.00.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits, sick days after 60 days of service. 401K option after 12 months of service.
