Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent . The Customer Service Agent will provide superior friendly efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.
The pay for this position starts at $16 / hour
This position is located at 1017 S Main St Roswell NM 88203.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
Must have a current and valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and / or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI DWI).
Must currently live in the Roswell NM. areas or have plans to relocate within the next 30 days
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
