RN UNIT MANAGER FT

We’re seeking a strong and compassionate RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest level of care for our residents. If you’re a natural motivator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily patient care and nursing operations

Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

Partner with the Director of Nursing to uphold quality standards

Drive QAPI and continuous improvement initiatives

Promote a safe, positive, and compassionate environment

What You Bring

Active RN license (state of practice)

5+ years nursing experience, 1+ year in leadership

Strong clinical and regulatory knowledge

Excellent communication and organizational skills

LTC experience preferred

CPR / BLS certified
