As a BDC Representative, you will respond to and communicate with our customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and explain manufacturer service specials and incentives (we provide the details), answer questions and schedule appointments while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
