Schedule Details :

• Self-scheduled with minimal holiday rotation (1 summer + 1 winter)
• Two Mondays and two Fridays per six-week schedule
• One weekend per six-week schedule
• Training provided in ACLS, NIH, and IV Ultrasound; charge nurse cross-training available

Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across various units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support.
• Quickly adapt to diverse workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.
• Coordinate comprehensive patient care using evidence-based practices.
• Participate in discharge planning and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Support a culture of safety by identifying and addressing potential threats to patient safety.

Who We're Looking For :

• Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
• Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements.

Qualifications :

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.
