Qualifications : To qualify, you must hold a Registered Nurse license issued by the relevant state and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Completion of an accredited nursing program is required. In addition, candidates typically need 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Skills Required : Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities are essential. Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions efficiently and effectively while providing holistic patient care is a must.

Note : Annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications must be maintained.
