Senior Manager, Financial Services Tax Practice

A career in our Financial Services Tax practice, within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You'll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. You'll also help organizations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals. Our team helps our Financial Services clients navigate the frequently changing and complex national and international tax environment related to stringent capital requirements, management of operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions. You'll help our clients with their tax structuring while helping to address the challenges of the continuously changing tax world, both locally and globally.

As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also expected to build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities : Lead and manage large-scale projects to achieve successful outcomes; Innovate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; Maintain exceptional standards of operational excellence in every activity; Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success; Build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open communication; Motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems; Serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging specialized knowledge and industry trends; Provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies.

What You Must Have : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; 5 years of experience; CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
