1 : 1 intraprocedural max of 1 : 4 in phase 2 recovery. ED, ICU or procedural. 4 days per wek hrs 0630-1800. 9 hr shifts. No self scheduling. - Wknight / Call Req : Primary & Secondary call req 6-8 shifts in 6 weeks. This will include a wkend. IL RN or Application applied for IL license.
