First Connect Health is seeking a LPN / LVN Hospice for a travel job in Bloomington, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Hospice

Required Qualifications

  • Active LPN License – IL (or confirmation that application has been initiated)
  • BLS (AHA)
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
  • Home care or hospice experience preferred
  • Must have wound vac experience
