Director of Housing

Position : Director of Housing.

Reports to : Chief Operations Officer.

Location : Hybrid role based in Colorado with travel to Maryland and Virginia.

Environment : Recovery Living.

Compensation : $75,000 - $85,000 annual salary.

Position Overview : Our sober living program supports young adult clients who are in outpatient treatment at Sandstone Care. Our House Staff provide a balance of structure and accountability while guiding them to develop the life skills for freedom, growth, and long-term recovery. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about Leadership, recovery and understands the struggles and victory that come through the process.

We are hiring for a Director of Housing to lead our sober living operations. The Director will lead the team to ensure :

• Cover all House Manager leaves (including PTO, emergency, and planned leave) for all locations, including Maryland and Virginia.
• Ability to travel and temporarily stay at all locations for support.
• Provide additional support to House Managers (monthly med counts, intakes, etc.).
• Property search and set up.
• Training of new staff.
• Perform regular compliance audits.
• Any other tasks directed by Chief Operations Officer.
