Required Skills and Abilities :

• Excellent eye / hand coordination
• Sensitive / delicate touch
• Excellent vision (corrected is allowed)
• Attention to detail
• Responsible for set up and sterilization of instruments
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work with a microscope
• Work well in proximity with co-workers
• Must be able to stand or be seated in an upright position for 4-6 hours per shift
• Must be able to work 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM or until the cases are finished (4 days a week), 5 : 45 AM to 2 : 15 PM (one day a week)

Education and Experience :

Certified Medical Assistant, Sterile Processing Technician, Surgical Technician, Dental Assistant, Ophthalmic Technicians, Phlebotomists

High school diploma or equivalent
