A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor - Workers Compensation Medical Only.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery

Promote best practices and guide the claims team in accordance with established standards

Manage workloads, define team goals, and drive talent through hiring and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

Claims background in Workers Compensation

Prior leadership experience of 10+ years, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
