Job Title : Salesforce CPQ Business System Analyst

Location : Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Employment Type : Contract

About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business System Analyst (BSA) to join our team in Santa Clara. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ , excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize our Salesforce platform to support critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ.
• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with developers and admins to implement enhancements, integrations, and system configurations.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement within the Quote-to-Cash cycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users.
