We're a growing Texas environmental consulting firm — local roots, big ambitions — and we're looking for an Air Quality Project Manager to drive challenging projects, mentor others, and deliver measurable results.

What you'll do

• Lead and own multi-disciplinary air quality compliance & permitting projects : emissions inventories, regulatory audits, GHG reporting, operating & NSR permits, etc.
• Scope, plan, budget, and manage projects from proposal through delivery so clients stay happy and targets are met.
• Negotiate with regulators, prepare technical reports, do field work and emissions modeling (if you've got that in your skill set).
• Work closely with junior team members — mentor, review work, elevate the whole group.
• Grow the business : help shaping project strategies, building client relationships, spotting new opportunities.
