About the Role :

The Inside Sales Support position is crucial for driving the success of our sales team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive support to the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely communication with clients. The major end result of this position is to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline sales operations, ultimately contributing to increased revenue. The Inside Sales Support professional will also play a key role in maintaining accurate sales records and generating reports to assist in strategic decision-making. By fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients, this position is integral to the overall growth and efficiency of our sales efforts.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
