• Prepare and cook meals in large quantities
• Follow dietary guidelines to meet residents' nutritional needs
• Prepare modified textures, including purees and mechanical soft diets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment
