Quality Control Manager And Site Safety & Health Officer

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) and Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) to support a federal / military construction project. This dual-role position ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, manages documentation, and coordinates with government inspectors to maintain project integrity.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Safety Plans and Accident Prevention Programs per EM 385-1-1.
• Prepare and maintain Quality Control Plans in compliance with USACE / NAVFAC standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and submit reports using RMS / QCS systems.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards on-site.
• Communicate effectively with government inspectors and project stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables such as safety plans and QC reports.
