We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Director of Vertical Marketing, Student Loan Refinance to join our AmONE Financial Solutions team. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day relationships with key clients, ensuring account performance, and contributing to the growth of our vertical. Responsibilities
Own the performance and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of clientsServe as the main point of contact for partner relationships, delivering excellent client serviceWork with internal teams (media, product, finance, creative) to execute campaigns and integrationsMonitor performance data and use insights to optimize campaigns and acquisition strategiesEnsure timely and accurate invoicing, tracking, and reconciliationDraft and manage reporting dashboards for internal and external stakeholdersSupport contract renewals and help coordinate terms and deliverables with legal and finance teamsCoordinate creative, technical, or product-related updates with internal cross-functional partnersTroubleshoot issues quickly, keeping partners informed of resolution pathsContribute ideas for new tests, features, or optimizations to improve partner performanceRequirements
7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or business development, ideally within digital media or performance marketingStrong relationship-building skills with external clients and internal teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillswritten and verbalProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyHighly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on executionComfortable analyzing performance metrics and communicating results to stakeholdersBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExperience in the financial services, insurance, or lending industry is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general reporting tools
