Job Opportunity : Full-Time Hotel Sales Coordinator
Lafrance Hospitality is excited to share that we are looking for a Full-Time Hotel Sales Coordinator to assist the Director of Sales at the Holiday Inn Express, Middletown / Newport location. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to grow their career in sales. You will be provided with excellent mentorship directly from the Director of Sales to help expand and develop your sales & hotel knowledge.
The Hotel Sales Coordinator will assist the Director of Sales in all aspects of sourcing and servicing sales activity across all market segments, for the hotel. Pay : $20.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
Responsibilities
- Sell and coordinate bookings for all market segments
- Maintains Sales System
- Prepares contracts and proposals, receives payment
- Types and files all correspondence for easy retrieval
- Responds to telephone inquiries regarding hotel availability; quoting established group rates
- Provides weekly report to necessary departments about upcoming scheduled events needs
- Effectively communicates with all hotel departments on Event needs
- Manages Wedding & Event Segment
Requirements
