Description

Position Summary :

We are hiring a Technical Writer / Reporting Specialist for our Data Analysis team in Vaughan, Ontario. This is an on-site role and requires 2 - 3 years of experience.

This position prepares and publishes Preliminary and Final In-Line Inspection (ILI) reports and supporting documentation. A Technical Writer will coordinate with the rest of the Technical Writing team, provide QA / QC of reports prepared by other Technical Writing team members, revise reports as needed, aid in printing and shipping reports, and produce internal documentation for ENTEGRA as required.

Responsibilities :

• Occasionally aid in retrieval of archived datasets.
• Prepare and update templates for preliminary, final, and miscellaneous reports.
• Encrypt client data shipments and coordinate with DA Leads to ensure smooth retrieval process for client.
• Perform revisions to reports as requested by DA Leads.
• Track jobs through their lifecycle to anticipate when reports will need to be prepared.
• Communicate with DA Leads to anticipate late-night or weekend reporting needs.
• QA / QC reports and any other documents completed by Technical Writer.
• Complete reports as needed by Data Analyst Leads.
• Coordinate, plan, and delegate report completion work to Technical Writing team.
• Implement corrections as requested by other Technical Writers.
• Aid in printing and preparing physical reports for shipment.
• Write and edit documentation for Entegra.
• Operational Excellence : Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.
• Additional Duties : Perform all other duties as assigned.
