Outside Sales Representative – Pflugerville, TX (Bilingual)

Base Pay + Commissions | Construction Materials | Full Time

About TopK

We are expanding our presence in South Texas and looking for a bilingual sales professional to help grow our distributor and contractor network. We manufacture high-performance building materials designed for durability, efficiency, and top-quality finishes.

Main products :

  • Basecoat – high-adhesion leveling mortar
  • Stucco – smooth and textured decorative finish
  • H2OFF – premium water-repellent concrete sealer

El Puesto – Vendedor Externo Bilingüe

Buscamos una persona dinámica para representar TopK en Pflugerville y alrededores, capaz de desarrollar cuentas nuevas, visitar clientes en campo y posicionar nuestros productos en el Valle de Texas.

Responsabilidades :

  • Visitar builders, contractors y distribuidores en la región.
  • Presentar productos, resolver dudas y realizar demos cuando se requiera.
  • Desarrollar nuevas cuentas y dar seguimiento a clientes existentes.
  • Administrar cartera y reportes de ventas con disciplina.
  • Viajar dentro del Valle (carro propio indispensable).

  • Fully bilingual – English & Spanish.
  • Experience in sales; construction or building materials is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, organized, and goal-driven.
  • Availability to travel across the territory.
